Qualifications
• We often recruit advisors from the legal, financial and accounting professions.  People with experience in these areas often have some familiarity with financial planning and with the clients we represent.
• We seek people with the right combination of qualities:  native intelligence, empathy, superior interpersonal skills, ambition, ability to spot issues, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• We require advisor candidates to have a four-year college degree, and it is helpful for candidates to have two-five years of experience in sales or relationship building.

Training
• We practice an innovative, “big picture” approach developing our new associates under the direct guidance of management and our Senior Advisors, and stress an “open door” policy where the sharing of ideas and expertise is strongly encouraged.
• Our comprehensive, hands-on training program helps ensure your success at GV Financial Advisors by stressing an overall understanding of the financial planning industry and our own proprietary system.
